The team will design and develop an interactive dashboard using real or anonymised datasets (e.g., from National Digital Health Mission demo data or open hospital datasets) to support dynamic scheduling and resource planning.

Deliverables & Analysis: Key deliverables include a requirements document, data model, ETL pipeline, and a user-friendly dashboard (e.g., built with Tableau/Power BI or Python Dash). The dashboard will present real-time and historical bed/OT occupancy, bottleneck analysis, and predictive insights for administrators.
